Service
Product Video Generator provides an independent interface for creating marketing videos from product images and product descriptions using third-party AI generation providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying AI model providers.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, fraudulent, impersonation, malware, or otherwise harmful content. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prompts may be screened before generation and rejected when they violate safety or payment processor requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the product images, prompts, brand assets, product claims, advertising claims, marketplace compliance, and final publishing decisions associated with your generated videos. Generated content must be reviewed before publication.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. You are responsible for keeping billing and account information accurate.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription before the next billing period. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
